Haines Introduces a New, Faster Version of Real Property Information Online
North Canton, OH -- Haines and Company, publisher of the Criss+Cross directories, has introduced a new version of its internet product that gives users faster access to updated details about any residential or business property in their market.
Called Criss+Cross Plus Real Estate, the latest internet version (V4i) offers users additional ways to access real property information, faster property searches, faster printing and exporting of records, more updated information, and other enhancements.
Users can search for properties by entering any combination of more than 50 resident/owner, building, site and financial criteria. For example, users can retrieve information about all properties in particular zip codes, neighborhoods, school districts or on any street; properties owned by a specific individual; or properties based on sale price, year built, name of mortgage lender, square footage and more.
Direct mail and telemarketing lists can be downloaded or printed in a variety of formats. The ability to print specialized reports and MapQuest maps as well as customized postcards, envelopes and labels is also available.
"We know how important it is for people to access information quickly," said Scott Johnson, manager of Haines' real estate products division. "The latest version of our internet product helps individuals and companies target market to prospects faster than ever."
Unlike the previous internet version, V4i is entirely web enabled. Licensed users can search for properties by logging on to the Haines website and entering a user name and password.
With Version 4i, state and national "Do Not Call" records are updated daily. All addresses are Delivery Point Validated with USPS approved software and marked as Do Not Mail from a list provided by the Direct Marketing Association.
Subscribers can sign up for access to any or all of more than 135 county areas throughout California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
